Deena teaches classes at various art centers both for children and adults.
She teaches young artists age two through eighteen. Children's classes
are often theme-based with a science, art history or world cultures
emphasis. Mixed media classes expose young artists to a wide variety of
art materials and techniques.
Deena offers private instruction for students preparing college entrance
portfolios. She also offers private instruction for students with
special needs.
Deena also offers adult classes in traditional and experimental
watercolor in both session and workshop formats, as well as workshops
and demonstrations at area art organizations. She teaches plein air
painting classes in the media of your choice that focus on simplifying
the landscape and evoking an emotional response.
